The front staff and the cleanliness of the facilities were both very nice. We did have a few issues, however, with the room itself. First, the heater made a loud, saw-like buzzing noise, no matter what it was set to. Second, the toilet was not functional when we arrived. Finally, upon returning to our room after a couple of hours out, we discovered that the fresh pastries we’d bought that morning had been thrown away, though they were nowhere near the trash can or on the floor. This was a devastating blow and frustrating because we had another night’s stay. All things considered, this was a decent enough place to stay - but snack lovers beware.

Great location, good price

This property is ideally located for our activities in the area. In person front-desk service is professional and courteous. My experience was not as good, however, when I contacted the property by phone to address a change of plans. The mistake was my fault, but Rodney was not at all helpful. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk to anyone else about it. Personnel here are usually professional, but Rodney may benefit from more customer service training.

Everything was great, minus the fire alarm going off 3 seperate times in a 12 hour time span. We were told a faulty alarm in a room. Pillows were probably the worst ive ever slept on. But everything else was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.
