We had a handicapped room and the bathroom was large and the shower was easily accessible. The beds need updating, maybe with foam mattresses but otherwise it was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Hot dishes, bacon, sausage, biscuits with sausage gravy, a pancake machine, juices, eggs, etc. It was great!! The room was on the first floor and it smelled a bit musty. Maid service was average. They didn't do much. Ask for what you need in that regard. Overall, it was okay.

Great Property in Cincinnati Area
Spent a week at this location. This property offers a continental breakfast which saved time and money through the week. Staff were friendly and our experience was pleasurable. Lots of food and activity options in the area. Not downtown but close enough to travel there. The only negative was the outdoor pool was under maintenance. I would definitely stay here again.

Was in town for a baseball tournament. Stayed for the pool. Pool was out of order. Would've been nice to know that before hand. Breakfast - the juice machine was broken. The pancake maker broken as well. These things didn't just break down...

Disappointed that was no info on pool closer!
Over all was good. Clean room and sheets. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Only negative was the pool was closed and that’s the one reason we went with this hotel. Pd a little more for it so grandkids could swim. But to our disappointment at check in. Nice if they would have had something about the closer on their website.

We had a unique situation where we were driving all night and checking in early into the morning. They were very accommodating to hold our room after keeping in touch with them and not arriving till 630am! Ate breakfast and took quick nap! (Room was incredible… sad we only got to enjoy it for 3 hours of sleep! )
