5 adults with a room with 2 beds and pull out sofa. No extra linens offered for sofa bed. Had to go to desk to ask for them and had to wait 15 mins. Furniture was stained and dirty. A/C in living area made a terrible tapping noise, even after we turned it off. The one bed had sheets that were soiled and there was toe nail clipping in the bed. Will not ever go here again.

I genuinely disappointed in our stay here. The photos on the website make the place look very clean and updated. In reality the main lobby is the only decent area. Outside the property was full of people smoking and wandering around guests vehicles, did not feel safe arriving around 10:30pm. The elevators are very noisy and shaky. Stepping off the elevator you are welcomed by a horrible cigarette smell despite the property stating it is smoke free, the room smell is not much better. The rooms look clean on first glance but there was dirt and garbage around the bed, even a bunched up dirty napkin under the mattress. Overall, it was an okay place to get rest but we wanted to leave immediately in the morning. The breakfast was subpar and the people staying there were not friendly. Would never stay here again.

Overall it, it was a nice hotel that was fairly clean for the price. There was a lot of parking and the staff was friendly. I think it could have been cleaner but that's not the end of the world. The keycard kept bugging out and I got stuck in an elevator for about five minutes but aside from those issues, the place was pretty great and I'll probably stay there again.

Do better. The bed linen was not clean on one of the beds. You could tell that it hadn't been changed. Black fibers and lint were under the covers. I don't know who they thought were sleeping in there.

The check in was easy although I didn't know about a required deposit. My room was mediocre. The couch has a few stains on it. There was a puddle of dirty water under the coffee maker. The cable channels kept freezing doing my stay. The pool was cloudy and cold. The pool banister was loose and rusted. The hotel should look into either replacing or tightening them..... Preferably replacing them. I heard dogs barking most of one of my nights. I didn't have any type of view out my hotel room, just the top of the pool area..... I think.

Rudest most neglectful hotel ever
This place was a disaster from the beginning. At check in the employee said one word "license" and then ignored us beside handing over keys. Questionable who the employees are since no one wears a uniform or name tag which is concerning when your handing over financial information. Our first room smelled of smoke and mold so we were moved to another room. We stayed for 4 nights and no one cleaned our room, brought clean towels, emptied the trash nothing!!! When we went down to breakfast in the morning the person behind the counter was always sound asleep. Even more horrifying the 2nd night we were there we were in bed for the night and 2 men just walked into our room cause they apparently reassigned our room. Again not a way to make us feel safe. Whenever we complained or asked for assistance they simply looked through us and did not speak. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff member our last night (who said it was his 1st night on the job) Akee. He was very kind. Provided us with clean towels and toilet paper and apoligized he was unable to get the room cleaned at that time. Just 100% below expectations
