The beds were disgusting. I had to be moved from 325 to 247. The mattresses are so unbelievably gross. Ive stayed here before and never had a problembut i won't be back.

A bag of trash remained in the hall outside a nearby room for a number of hours the day we arrived. The end room we had was noisy from doors closing somewhere around us. It was also a room at the front of the hotel and trash was collected at 3:40 am by a truck raising up the garbage container.

When we arrived we had to wait a long time for someone to attend to us since the person was not at the reception, there was no bell to ring so after 15 minutes of waiting we decided to call the hotel phone so it would ring and the person in charge would come. The room was dusty and very outdated, the breakfast was good and the pool was also good.

The venue in lobby area was very nice,rooms weren’t cleaned properly, had to go to 3 different rooms to get a decent one. And we still had to clean a little. The toilet had a slow drainage. The tub backed up. There was debris all around refrigerator. But the service from Tyre at the front desk was very good and he was amazing in trying to accommodate our needs. And to make us comfortable. He caused us to stay and not pursue another hotel because of his customer service., was unmatched.
