This place is a project with full time residence party until 4 am police on site left first thing next morning no refund for the remaining nights this should not even be an option on this site or any other. Total misrepresentation disgusting

The stay overall was somewhat average.. Although, the toilet kept running, and my furst night there i seem small roaches in the middle of the night, in the bathroom and kitchen. Also, something bit me im guessing and left a pretty decent sized welt on my skin.

My biggest issues were feeling unsafe & ants. The first thing I noticed when I got out of the vehicle was the smell of pot seemingly coming from every direction. Next, I noticed people lurking around in hoods, even though it was almost 90* outside. We heard a commotion once we got to our room, & looked out to see a 4 person brawl. We registered 6 people to our room but only had 4 towels & wash cloths. If we didn’t have a weapon to carry for safety, I would have opted to share towels over going to the front desk for more, because this property did not feel safe. I see what the other reviews meant by “filthy carpet.” A good shampoo would go a long way! With everything going on outside, the carpet & hundreds of ants were only the icing on the cake. In the morning when we went to check out, there was evidence that a fight had broken out right behind our vehicle. Despite our room being labeled a family suite, this is not a family-friendly establishment & we will not be back.

We got to the hotel a little before midnight and there were tons of people outside drinking, smoking, and made me extremely nervous. I had 5 kids I had to hurry inside because of people arguing. Once inside the room, the floors were disgusting and stained with dog poop, among other things. No joke, after taking showers, we walked around in the room and our feet were black and sticky. We had to wear shoes every time after showers. Is was like pulling teeth to get extra towels and when we asked for pans to use the oven, they told us use a glass bowl or something. The ceiling fan was broken and completely filled with dust along with other crap people must have thrown up into it. Lights flickering in the kitchen or just plain not working. Closet doors hanging off, spider webs in corners, and don't get me started on the dishes in the room. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so uncomfortable and it smelled funny. The only good thing was Jennifer who helped us and wasn't rude at all. Thanks so much for all your help.

1 We booked this place for 2 nights. The rooms were clean & spacious & the AC was cold but the rooms were kinda dingy? The closet door was broken which we didn’t need to use it anyways & it looked like a kid drew all over the room with a marker or something like the walls / nightstand etc. The shower wasn’t dirty but like you could see where they keep patching spots up and etc. Unable to post the price of what we paid. Read between the lines. 8 the pool was closed when we first got there but like the danger no swimming stayed up the entire time so unsure if they ever actually opened it 0 It didn’t bother us but there was a party going at the building across the street with us & I mean like str!ppers walking around outside etc. All in all, I’d stayed here again (depending on the price) and updates could definitely be done but overall a nice place. I’d give it a 4.
