Mancanza di management e servizi, buona struttura
La struttura di per sé è ben composta ed ampia ma manca completamente di servizi e gestione. L'appartamento ci è stato dato molto sporco e sprovvisto di qualsiasi cosa quindi al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto cercare un supermercato e comperare tutto, compresa la carta igienica e il detersivo per i piatti. La casa era per sei posti letto ma avevamo a disposizione qualche piatto, tre pentole e pochissime posate. L'area comune per il lavaggio dei vestiti era usata dal custode che lavava i suoi panni di lavoro lasciando la lavatrice sporchissima e sempre occupata. Alessandro, il proprietario è una ottima persona ma il posto manca completamente di management e servizi. Per la tariffa applicata ci aspettavamo molto di più.
