The staff is very courteous. We were delighted by one of the housekeepers, I don’t recall if her name is Esther or Estela but when she cleaned our room you could definitely tell. She always left the room smelling amazing. There’s a convenience store right at the lobby if you need snacks or you can always dine in at the hotels cafeteria. They’re conveniently located near a food stand that sells tacos, tortas and burgers if you’re in the mood for something different. Our stay was for about 10 days and it’s more cost effective to pay through Expedia than at the facility to avoid international fees from the bank.

Hotel Staff was nice and friendly except for the restaurant staff which didn’t look like they wanted to be working there. Rooms were kept clean and it’s quiet during the night. The rooms are very spacious and include a fridge and a coffee make (which was dirty). If you want to iron you need to leave and ID at the front desk, no microwave in the room. Hotel windows and elevator were dirty as well as the pool which we did not use. Restaurant food is ok but the servings are small and you can only be served once during your “courtesy” breakfast. My wife found a hair in the beans we were served, not once but twice on two separate days to which the staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or try to make up for it in any way. Hotel facilities look a bit old and out of shape. The small store inside the hotel has a lot to offer for such a small establishment. It’s ok for availability and price but I would rather stay somewhere else next time.
