The property was nice but the opening hours for reception weren't clear and the pool wasn't maintained to a clean standard, a few of the days we were there we saw patrons cleaning the pool themselves like taking out leaves etc. But overall it was a good apartment and the best restaurant around was right at the bottom of the stairs!

I am a tolerant guy so anyone who may be particular abt everything may find my review dishonest A nice place for family ,great location and spacious apartments it just overlooking the Cala galdana beach The rooms may feel a bit stale In the first few days but due to lots of air it will be better Positives - pool friendly staff Location Cleanliness Space To look for Wifi is weak even though they have 3 connections

Best place to stay !
Wonderful place , close to every where, best beach for families. Helpful, polite and amazing manager called Luis. Good pizeria for eating every night! We will definately be back!!

appartement agréable
Résidence agréable, nous avions demandé à ne pas être proche de la piscine et du restaurant et du coup n'avons pas souffert du bruit (on a plus entendu la chanteuse de l'hôtel voisin mais ça ne s'est pas terminé tard).Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les plaques électriques le premier soir car elles étaient verrouillées (sécurité enfant) et impossible de les déverrouiller. Nous avons demandé de l'aide à 2 voisins différents, personne n'a réussi. Le lendemain, la réceptionniste nous a dit que ça arrivait tout le temps avec ce modèle de plaques et nous a montré comment couper/remettre le courant de tout l'appartement pour réinitialiser les plaques. Dommage que la direction n'explique pas d'emblée comment les déverrouiller. Le chauffe-eau qui est dans le placard d'une chambre faisait du bruit la nuit (goutte à goutte), m'empêchant de dormir. Un technicien est venu mais ça a recommencé le soir --> je coupais l'arrivée d'eau la nuit. En dehors de ça tout était parfait. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien. L'hôtel est bien situé.
