For a bed and a sleep it’s fine but shady characters all around just hanging in parking lot and stair ways. Took desk personnel a long time to come to desk.

We saw roaches in the elevator, the hall ways and the room smelled awful. The room we were given we were told the shower was not working but we could us another room just to shower in. However the smell was awful and we immediately left.

The staff was very nice. The rooms smelled moldy and tha ac's were very old loud and leaked water. Other wise the room layout was good and everything else in the room was very clean. Bathroom, kitchen area, linens etc very clean. There were several people living at the hotel displaced from the storm so it was a strange vibe

When you get the unexpected in a not so good way.
The stay was ok. Upon checking in the hotel corridors reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes which was very surprising seeing that it was a complete non smoking hotel.

Not a prooerrt that is disability friendly or safe. Lots of drugies in the parking lot, diety rooms. Unfriendly staff. They ask what your disability is when you have a service dog & still want to charge. I would never recommend this place. Saftey hazards, no caution signs on wwt stairs, low batteries in the locks on doors no generator for power is off for guests to stay safe

This place had a lot of people who were living there on extended stays and were very sketchy. Lots of large dogs staying at the hotel which led to conflicts.

Terriblr treatment during mandatory hurricane evac
The positive is the room was clean except the pull out couch linens were very dirty. We booked via hotels.com were notified of a refundable pet deposit of 200 a night. However, when we got to the hotel they charged an additional fee of $190 non refundable fee. We booked this room during a mandatory evacuation due to hurrricane. They made us get a 2nd room for a 12lb dog because they have a 2 dog minimum and we had 3. They would not make an exception even during a catastrophic event. They had no back up generator so we lost power at 730pm 10/9 it was still off as of 10/10 when we left. During the power outage there were no working emergency exit, stair or hall lights. It was comoletely black. Not up to code. We also had a leak in our room all night dripping on the floor. The night employee was off but staying there for the emergency was pleasant but had no authority.
