Fabulous building converted to a very well-located hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast and evening meal with drinks. Close to the lake and the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. We chose their Pittsburg Hotel for our next stay.

The front desk was helpful and effectively communicated the available services (such as breakfast/dinner and the locations of the exercise and pool rooms). The indoor abd outdoor premises were well-kept. The cleanliness of my room was exceptional, and the beds were well-made and comfortable. My one complaint is thaf I kept spare change on the small desk inbetween the two beds in my room (only about 60 cents), and when I returned on Thursday afternoon, the change was missing (I assume stolen).

Area was loud the evening we were there. Loud racing cars and motorcycles, very few people on the street. Under staffed, but staff there did a great job. Jack was an evening manager. He was excellent and deserving of a pay raise. He did not indicate he was unhappy with any portion of his job. He went beyond the call of duty with his staff.

I like the complimentary happy hour 5:30-7:00 pm and the breakfast had a wonderful variety. It made the trip a lot easier not having to leave the area. We had to use the Treasure Lounge one night. I found the food good but service was very lacking. Needs to be better staffed.

Great location - close to activities and restaurants downtown. We walked to museums and the Rock and Roll HOF. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!
