I was left without water all day. Every time I called the front desk to ask, the staff member rudely told me that the water would be back in an hour. I waited the entire day without a drop of water until 7 PM. I finally decided to leave and book another hotel

Overall the stay was nice. Friendly employees. Breakfast was blah. Good variety, taste nor the temperature was good. Sausage links looked like they sat in water for days, shriveled and nasty. Imitation bacon in omelets should have real eggs and bacon.

Had an AMAZING breakfast with cook to order chefs; the lobby and lounge areas were nice, but the rooms are very outdated and in need of being updated. There was a mild smell in our room, but not bad enough to report. The pool was also nice and warm enough to swim despite the cool Cleveland temperatures.

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect, but it got worse. There was an empty alcohol bottle in the elevator. A man sleeping on a sofa in the lobby with his shoes taken off and put on a table and open food bags scattered around him. The worst was my husband being greeted by vomit all over the toilet in the public bathroom when he stopped in during breakfast. Grossss!!!!

I just stayed here last weekend to attend a wedding and woke up with horrible beg bug bites all over the left side of my body (arm, shoulder, head, back) which is the side I sleep on. A doctor confirmed this is what they are and prescribed several meds because I am so uncomfortable. I spoke with the front desk and filled out what happened and was moved to another room and heard nothing else until I checked out and said something again. I was told to call back today and talk to the manager. I called today and spoke to the manager, Ramon, and he assured me his employees looked in the room and found no bed bugs and the bites were probably something else. ??? The problem here is he gave me the room number I was moved to not the one I slept in when I was bit. When I told him this he tried to say he did tell me the original room number. I told him I don't believe his employees checked the room and that I was calling the health department. He then said he will call an exterminator today and send me the report. Mind you, the bites happened 5 days ago and nothing has been done. I told him he could do whatever he wanted, I was still calling the health department. IF YOU STAY HERE CHECK FOR BED BUGS.
