Reservation was cancelled without notifying me in any manner. I called 30 minutes before arrival and was assured I had a room. Drove all the way there. They were all booked up and had given our room away. Was forced to drive two hours home at 1 am exhausted. Lack of notice either through email or text or hotel.com app. Unacceptable. Very upset.

The hotel was bright and clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only downfall was the amount of noise that came from the floor above us. After going to an evening event, we got back to the hotel around 1:15am. We could hear walking and the floor above us creaking. This lasted on and off the rest of the morning, waking us up every so often. At 7:00 am, it became more frequent and noisier. If we stay again, we might need to bring some ear plugs.

My stay was amazing. I stayed August 31. Staff vert friendly. I checked in at about 2:30 and the manager was very nice. Everything worked (tv, fridge, microwave) The room was excellent!!!!!! Smelled very clean. Linen was fresh. Bathroom towels were fresh and floors were very clean. Smelled like bleach was used and i love the smell of bleach. Will definitely be booking again.

Hotel lived up to what others had said , scrupulously clean and staff most professional and helpful would definitely return and recommend. We were here to visit a friend in twinsburg but due to bad reviews in that area we came a few minutes up the road , in a word Excellent!!!
