Family weekend in Cleveland

We chose this hotel based on proximity to the convention center. It was nice to not have to walk outside during the winter. The front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. The rooms was comfortable and roomy. The view of the city and the lake was really nice. The only downside was the parking costs.

Mostly awesome hotel

Great hotel and excellent location. I did need to contact the front desk more than once to fix a continuously running toilet; the situation was finally rectified, but it probably should have fixed in a quicker manner.

The property could use several updates. In our high floor room with a stunning view, the curtains were partially torn off the rails and the floor lamp’s shade had signs of some sort of water or other liquid damage. We also were next door to a suite where 20 people showed up at 1:20 AM. After promises for a resolution over the phone, I still had to go down to the reception desk in person for someone to manage the crowd out to a designated area of the hotel from the room. Substandard conditions for a room with an up charge.

Loved this hotel!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. My daughter had a cheer competition at the convention center. They allowed me to keep my car in valet after checkout and my bags checked until we were done. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the 31st floor so we had a great view. The pool was warm and towels were available.
