What I liked was the entrire staff I interacted with was excellent, and the hotel, grounds and room were clean. What I didn't like was the sink filling up with water twice in 36 hours and Drano was the solution.

Great overnight stay.
This was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay before heading into a downtown Cleveland. I can even imagine staying at the Garden Hilton if one had business in the city and had your own transportation. Deb at the front desk was courteous and professional. Brandon picked us up from the airport and was also courteous and professional. The beds were comfortable, the hotel has been recently renovated and very clean and pleasant. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.
