We were going to Downtown Cleveland for events Downtown, not 20 minutes away. I will never use Orbitz again! They knew it was a special occasion and they put us in a sub par hotel with a view of the parking lot.

I do not like that there is still a $200.00 hold on my credit card after 12 days. I called and was assured that it would be taken off. I understand that it was for damage. I am sure that there was no damage, and if there was, I would have been notified but they keep this hold on my card.

The facility has been remodeled and is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work (always a plus!). I appreciate the shuttle service from airport and to the rental car facility the next day. We will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn in the future.

We arrived to the hotel that we booked over a month ahead of time to find out the hotel was closed due to weather issues and no power Witch was beyond thier control however they had no power for 4 days before we arrived and no one notified us 😡 We drive 6 hours and all hotels but one was booked so we had to scramble to find another hotel. We should have been notified.
