Well located and walkable hotel
The hotel was conveniently located to the Rocket Mortgage House. Food was amazing at the restaurant and valet service was convenient, but busy.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert and we had a corner room room 217 to be exact and all night long you could hear the pipes whether people were flushing the toilet or turning on the shower or the heat kicking on and off all night kept us awake And it was loud the pipes were loud. The next morning we had somewhere to be and it took an hour for valet parking to get our car, though it didn’t look like anybody was outside with cars took an hour which made us late for where we were going. It said give them 15 minutes which we gave them plenty of time and it took an hour on a Saturday morning after a concert. You would think they would be staffed accordingly . Other than that, the food in the restaurant was good. The service was good but the noise and the time we waited for our car was terrible.

The only concern I had is the bathroom is very small. The toilet is down too low. I usually get a handicap room; however, I did not see any availability. I have to use a rollator and it wouldn't fit in the bathroom.

Great location, we were there for a basketball game. Front counter and valet people were great! A lady from the restaurant was very, very rude to my wife and my son because they left the free breakfast coupons in the room. She tried to make it look like the were trying to get free breakfast, in front of everyone in the restaurant. Very unprofessional, very rude. This single event ruined our stay there, and the Residence Inn is just in the other side of the street.....

I don’t remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of many places to eat and drink, basketball arena and baseball field. Even walking distance to the casino. The only thing I did not like was the need for valet parking. Would have liked a private lot for coming and going.

Nice stay. Super convenient if you are downtown and walking. It is about 100 yds from the baseball/basketball parks and casino. Parking is valet so request early at check out time.
