Great stay. We didn’t realize we couldn’t park in the garage across the street (no overnight parking) and their valet was extremely backed up. Aside from the parking it was a nice stay.

Waiting close to a hour and a half for my car from the valet left me sour on the whole experience. Front desk and valet attendant offered little in the way of customer service. Was promised I wouldn't be charged for the valet service and still was. Wait staff in the cafe was horribly rude. Just asking for plates on the buffet was met with hostility. Won't be back.

This hotel needs to learn about hospitality
Check in not great. Checked in before 4, room wasn’t ready, not a problem. What was a problem was after being told the front desk would call me when the room was ready, they never did and only when we showed back up to the hotel at 5pm were we told our room was ready. No housekeeping came to clean our room and check out was extremely rude, just “checking out?” No good morning”, no “do you need a receipt?”, no “thanks for staying with us.” Just bad hospitality all around.

I hate to leave a negative review, but there were issues. We liked the convenience of being close to Progressive Field for the Guardians game and the hotel was pretty and clean. However, the room where we stayed had a toilet that ran and the tank only filled if I held the stopper down. Also, the air conditioning ran as a fan, but did not blow cold air no matter how we set it. This made for an uncomfortable night after a 90 degree day.
