This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard. I highly recommend for this reason alone, but the comforts of the hotel didn’t disappoint!

A hotel is its employees, and this Hyatt has such personable and competent employees. Letitia at the front desk was very helpful. Enjoyed talking with the bar staff and restaurant staff. We had a very enjoyable stay.
