Overall the hotel was adequate; however, the property was rather outdated and needs some renovation. They cater to hospital patients and their families but did not have the attention to detail that would have made it easier for people recovering from surgery, etc. For the price, I expected a bit more though the staff did try to address issues quickly. The size of the suite was good but saying there is a kitchen is a bit misleading; a coffee bar with a refrigerator that freezes over is what they actually provide.

The room was a true suite whereby the bedroom was a separate room from the living room. The bathroom was also 2 rooms with doors for privacy . The hotel is located in the medical district, so it is very quiet, which is why we stayed there. It’s a little distant from the tourist attractions & 30 minutes from the airport.

The staff at my check-in was really nice and helpful, but the check-out staff was the opposite. I had a room on the 8th floor and there may be an AC unit just above my room. The mechanical cranking sound was so loud I had to put on a noise-canceling headphone to sleep. Lower floors might be better. The breakfast was really not much but cost $22! I don't recommend this property.

This was a convenient and nice place to stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very large and allow for one person to stay up while another sleeps. There were extras like free magazines and coffee and we got great advice about restaurants and things to do.

Well i would have thought with the price of it all. Things would have thought that Extra feels and such would've been taken care of. Additional fees was a surprise. The room was not over the top like i seen in the pics. Being honest i could've stayed at a cheaper hotel and would've gotten more out of my stay

I booked through you and you got the wrong pictures of the wrong hotel. Your links to menu were wrong. Your amenities listed were also wrong. Once we checked in we were disappointed to be booked when all pictures were of other hotel. Highly disappointed with hotel.com

Great location right on hospital campus with convenient shuttle. Valet parking was quick and easy. Room was perfect -so big! Aaron at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
