Check-in was a breeze and the staff was professional and kind. When we left we forgot a few things in the room and when I called, they were excellent in retrieving the items and had them at the front desk for our friends to pick up on their way out. Many thanks to the staff!

Worth the trip

The hotel was very pretty and well taken care of. The shower didnt have a door, just a pice of glass cover half of it. So this made it very chilly while showering and the room its self was chilly, even after i set the thermostat to 80° But it was only 20° outside. Id stay again, just maybe in the summer

Great stay in Cleveland— Hotel has a wonderful friendly staff, and room and bathroom were both larger than expected and very clean. Extras like the complimentary morning coffee and wine happy hours in the beautiful lobby were so appreciated!! Would love to stay again in the future.

Everything was great, all staff were a credit to the hotel, food was immense, especially breakfast. The room has a fridge, which is always handy, CVS 30 yards away for supplies for said fridge ie cold beer 😂😂 Great choice of draught beer in the bar too. All in all a great trip and I will definitely return if I'm back in Cleveland. Housekeeping every day 👍
