Visit to Cleveland area.

Was a little concerned about the parking but it wasn’t an issue. You do have to walk up some stairs to get to unit. Large bedrooms easily accommodating our party of 5 adults. Roku TV’s in every bedroom & living room. No issues with internet access. Very clean unit & Debbie was a great host. Highly recommended & would definitely try to stay again if the situation arose.

Spring break trip

My girls and I like to do a little trip during spring break and chose to stay in the Cleveland area. I liked the location and the place was immaculate! Easy walking to Little Italy restaurants and sightseeing in that area! If we do a trip to Cleveland again I would definitely look to stay there again.

Mini reunion/bereavement

Four college friends all together for the first time in 25 years enjoyed a beautiful evening together to celebrate the life of another dear friend. We loved all of the special touches in this home. It was all very thoughtfully put together.We thank our hostess, Debbie, for her kindness.

Everything we needed, would stay again!

Great layout and everything we needed for a one week stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds and shower were great. We prefer a dining room table but knew in advance that seating is counter-space or living room area. Host was quick, friendly and helpful when we had questions. Walked to museums. Very close to airport transit stop. Frequent freight trains nearby (and thankfully no train whistles) which we noticed but were not disruptive. Had a great stay and hope to visit again.

Beautiful Unit in Little Italy

Debbie’s little slice of heaven in Little Italy was perfect for our stay. We were only in town a short time for a wedding, but the place was clean and comfy and all information was easy to find. Communication was above par. We hope to stay here again next visit to Cleveland!

Great location and really comfortable!

We were moving our daughter into college at Cleveland Institute of Music and having an apartment allowed for privacy and ability to stage and prepare for move in day. Beds and linens were very comfortable, all amenities were very nice and off street parking for two cars worked super well. Loved staying in Little Italy!

Home away from Home

I can not say enough good things about our stay here! We came from Montana for my husband to have surgery at Cleveland Clinic. It was about a 3-4 minute drive to the hospital which was WONDERFUL for us. The apartment was immaculate! It is roomy and so nicely decorated. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were SO comfortable! We came in Aug and the air conditioners kept it nice and cool. The neighborhood is ADORABLE! So many places to eat! We felt very safe walking each evening to a different restaurant. The host responded to me immediately and was just lovely. The "Rapid" is just across the way and we took it into the city one day which was great not to have to worry about parking. I expected our trip to be very stressful but having such a homey place to rest made this a truly peaceful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Great base for family visit!

Our family including 3 kids, ages 8.5 and 13, were very happy and comfortable. Air conditioning kept us comfortable in the heat wave. The kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated all of the little extras. Beds were great. Perfect location for us, halfway between eastside family and Cleveland’s great cultural offerings. Little Italy has plenty to offer within walking distance. Thanks Debbie for great communication and great hosting!

We had a great time here. We spent a few days to attend my daughter's law school graduation and to do some sight seeing. The apartment was very clean and had everything, and more, that we needed and was exactly as pictured. Debbie was a wonderful host and very responsive.

Comforts of home

We stayed at Debbie's place for one week, and found everything to be just as described and more. Her place was well stocked, we did a lot of cooking as there were five of us plus a baby. The beds and furniture to be very comfortable with plenty of seating for all. There are so many places to explore within walking distance. Debbie was very quick to respond and went above and beyond for our family. We had three vehicles and had no problem parking. When we are back in the area we will be staying at Debbie's place for sure.

One night in paradise

Came to Cleveland to celebrate a birthday with my brother and check out the April 8th Eclipse. After securing center line of totally housing in Avon Lake, we decided to spend our first night in Little Italy, walking distance from our old jobs as busboy's, (me) at Guarino's Restaurant. (1973-74). What a treat. Little Italy was centrally located near Rocket Morgage Arena where we enjoyed the NCAA Women's basketball Final Four Semi-finals. Beds were excellent, wonderful mattress and comfortable room temperature were appreciated after a long flight, exciting basketball games and an evening of catching up. Shower was awesome, love the hot water. We felt the value we received by staying here was beyond what we had hoped for. My suggestion would be to go to Presti"s Italian Deli, order a coffee, pick up your pasrties and salads, get a table and enjoy the flavor of the neighborhood. What a wonderful host, thank you so much.

Amazing Property

We had a great experience. The location is perfect - steps from little Italy and the CWRU campus. Place was recently completely redone - new everything. Loved the kitchen - well equipped and designed, made cooking and entertaining friends a joy. Debbie (local owner) is an awesome host - great communication, super responsive. Plan to rent again the next time we are in Cleveland!
