A cozy & newly renovated single family home in the heart of Strongsville where there are COUNTLESS restaurants, shopping (South Park Mall), & entertainment. Located only 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport, a half hour from downtown Cleveland, and 15 minutes from Baldwin Wallace University. WiFi internet and a smart TV are also all provided. Also provided is an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games! No parties/loud gatherings allowed due to the family friendly neighborhood.

Includes access to attached 1 car garage to keep your car free from the elements.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

Clean, well-lighted place!
Humble and unassuming outside (intended: to keep out the riff-raff), charming and cozy inside! Clean and well-lighted neighborhood. Laundry, kitchen, ample linens. A great place for a Cleveland visit. Close to Rt 82, Rt 42 and I71 so you can easily navigate to your favorite spots in town. Two queen sized beds in two rooms, plus a hideabed. Highly recommended. I would stay again!

The hosts did a nice job with inferior of the house. Warm and welcoming. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom. Don’t let the first impression from the exterior deter you. We enjoyed our stay!

Strongsville Gem
Delightful, super-clean, nicely maintained home in quiet neighborhood, spacious yard. Superb location, close to area restaurants, short drive to Baldwin Wallace, and quick 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a five minute walk down the block. :) Host is easy to contact and responds almost immediately to any questions. Highly recommended.

Great small house
This house worked really well for the four of us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and the laundry room was stocked to do laundry in. Check in and check out were easy to complete and the property manager was easy to get ahold of

Clean and cozy
We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and quiet. A nice location close to amenities like shopping and groceries. The only suggestion would be room darkening curtains as the street light shines in the window. Otherwise, great communication and a wonderful weekend.
