This hotel waa close to UH hospital without being on campus. A short 8 minute drive. The first room we had the mattress was severely stained. We got in so late we did not want to change rooms. The next morning we immediately went to desk to change rooms. Absolutely no issues with changing. Second room, limited mattress stains but there were splash's of food on the bed and wall. Splash of some liquid on the side of the bed. I stayed at this hotel a couplw years ago and it was nice ans clean. Definitely gone down hill.

Nice quick stay.
Stayed for 1 night before surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Even though it is located downtown, it felt safe with 24 security.

Right in mid-town this location is not close to food and drink but the front desk clerk referred us to Becky’s, a gem of a place less than 10 minutes away. Great service, home made food, and a relaxed place to go after a long drive. Appreciate the excellent suggestion.

There was snow the day we stayed at this property. They did NOTHING to help with the snow and ice. The parking lot and sidewalks were treacherous! No salt, no shoveling, no plowing. As someone who has physical mobility issues, this was very scary for me. Also, there was a man in the lobby when we checked in. He was sitting on the couch with bare feet propped up on the couch. I thought it was gross that they would let him do that but disregarded it. When we left for the evening, he was there with another guy, both with bare feet on the couch. We returned at 1am and he was still there. We came down to the lobby in the night…still there. When we came down for breakfast the next morning, still there! I think he was possibly homeless and they were allowing him to stay in the lobby. It made me feel very unsafe! And it was disgusting that he was putting his regret on the furniture and out for everyone to see! Definitely will never return to this property and has me rethinking if the name “Hilton” even means a nice hotel anymore.

They were more worried about charging me $50 for my perfect angel dog for one night than providing any customer service what so ever. Took forever, forever & more forever. I won’t stay there again.

The best part of the stay was the desk clerk when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful her entire shift. The room was just so small the bed was uncomfortable which i could deal with if the pillows were comfortable but they were as bad as the bed. We went to get pop from the food area and they had none and said they werent sure when they were gonna get any. The next morning there was no milk in the breakfast area. The room was by no means spotless but there was no bugs so that is a plus for me.

Disappointed we were not able to do an early check in but we understand why. Very short staffed which is the world right now so not upset just was hoping for an earlier check in. With that said our room was clean except the shower , there definitely was some areas missed. The noise was crazy loud, we could hear barking dogs and what sounded like airplanes taking off or landing. I hate to complain so overall not a bad stay.

2nd time staying here in the last couple of years on our road trip to visit family in NY during the holidays. Very reasonable, room was good, nice shower, good location, staff was friendly. Big plus, parking was included. Close to Little Italy for a nice meal that night.

The sink in my bathroom was not clean and the pillow slips and sheets were overly wrinkled. The floors in my room were not clean either. If you’re going to have flooring in the rooms they should be cleaned thoroughly free from access dust and hair.

Called the hotel at 9pm to let them know I’m 6 hours from the hotel and I won’t make the 2am checkin time, evening staff assured me it was ok and they were leaving a note for night shift I arrived at 147am to be told the room was sold and I should of paid the deposit over the phone! Paying the deposit was never told to I would have done it! Thank God the holiday inn down the street had beautiful rooms available for instant check in!
