The ground floor accommodation includes the entrance hall, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric cooker, and electric hob. The living room area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, TV with SKY, and multi fuel stove. The dining area can accommodate 6 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property. A spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including WC, sink and shower completes the downstairs accommodation.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room. From the upper landing, you will find a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes WC, sink, and bath.
