Check in was easy and convenient but overall the hotel needs major improvements not just doing a paint job.Images online are deceiving rooms are dated and dirty, no room amenities such as iron, pet friendly which thats doesn't help because the room smell like wet carpet, and the quality of the hotel did not meet standards.

The hotel is okay, wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. It’s okay for a one night stay just stopping through. However do not let the cover photo fool you…that is 100% not what the hotel looks like in the outside. There’s concrete slabs on both sides in place of where the grass is, no palm trees, the outside of the building is dirty and shows its age. There’s also what looks to be trailer park next to it. Room was okay it was pretty clean other than som kind of drink spilt all down the wall. You can tell they’re in need of business. Front desk kind was super nice though.

Clean large room and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Only one small trash can that filled quickly and with limited room service was over flowing by the time I checked out. Refrigerator barely worked, and would hardly keep food cool.

This hotel is not worth the money. It’s gross and dirty. Fitness room is terrible and A/C wasn’t working, ice machine wasn’t working, hallways are super hot and elevators are slow. Elevators are so slow you worry you may get stuck inside it for a period of time. This happened three times. Grateful we only had to stay one night.

First room had no HOT WATER. Second room you had to let water run to get WARM water. Really sad for the PRICE YOU CHARGE and then have a person say you have to RUN the FAUCET and BATH TUB AT THE SAME TIME TO GET IT. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. PURE CRAP IN MY OPINION.

Spacious relaxing comfort
We were in town with family (my husband and I, adult daughter, and 2 grandsons) for a potentially stressful purpose. But we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious accommodations, the comfort of the beds, the delicious breakfast options and the incredibly friendly staff. We manage resorts in another town and understand the difficulties that can occur. Thank you for making our trip a delightful pleasure and a wonderful time for family memories.

Stinks and bathroom is terrible
Condition of room , particularly bathroom very disappointing. Bathtub dirty/stained. Whole floor stinks like a wet dog. Would not stay here again especially for price paid. Beds were clean and comfortable. Host at check in very nice.
