Located on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit E includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Getting Around:
Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized.
