This was a last-minute reservation after hurricane Milton took out power in our previously reserved hotel. Room wasn’t supposed to be available until around 3 PM but we were able to walk up and get our room immediately. Staff was informative advised us of a local restaurant that was excellent and the state was nice. Overall pool was in good shape quick walk to the beach and the rooms were comfortable.

The location is great but the hotel is run down. The carpet looks like it's never been vacuumed. Found a stink bug in our room. And the air conditioner is moldy.

Didn’t realize the hotel was scattered into different buildings. Elevator wasn’t working when we arrived and had to carry luggage upstairs. Service was friendly and maintenance was working on elevator and had it operational very quickly. Will be back again. Breakfast and service was awesome.

The only problem for us was it was a long way to take our luggage and walk to get to our room and to breakfast. Again bringing our luggage back.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was a water issue in the first room with a strong mildew odor and the unit was leaking. The staff moved us to another room and was very accommodating. I contacted the hotel as soon as I noticed the other issue when we returned home. I hope they get that taken care of soon.

I would stay here again!!
The lobby isn't connected to the rooms but it was well worth the walk back out into the pouring rain!! The breakfast room is attached and I'm finally clean and dry! Cruise ship here I come!!
