Kate at front desk provided great service and restaurant suggestions . Location great with pier close by and fun restaurants close .. Fish Camp a must go to . Room 239 has a nice with view of pier . But Overall hotel outdated and over priced for cruiser .

I've stayed here many times. The location is perfect. The hotel is older but the rooms are always clean and nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight stay. Disappointed that we had to pay for parking, there is no elevator (heavy suitcases to carry to second floor but someone offered to help) and pool was closed (they offered a pass to the Best Western hotel somewhere nearby. Close to the cruise port so convenient to stay before cruising.

Hotel was amazing even got to see a rocket space x go up right from the swimming pool. The breakfast not so much but many restaurants within walking distance from hotel.

The property is poorly maintained. Room is dirty- especially the floor (seems like the floor was never mopped, the bottom of our white socks all turned black after walking throughout the room). The air conditioner also does not work, it was just constantly blowing out air that was not cold. The sink was also clogged. Food selection during breakfast was very limited.
