Would have liked to have deen the parking lot plowed sooner, staff did a great job shoveling and icing the walk ways. And kuddos to the staff member that cleared the dish so tv services could be restored in time for the Super Bowl

It's all fine once you find a room your comfortable in. Some rooms smell of animal urine. It's awful , but the staff is very nice and quick and the coffee is great at 5am

I will never stay here

Once I got there my brother who is a bail bondsman told me how he has arrested bail jumpers there. Druggies and thefts. The area seemed unsafe and as an older female staying alone I felt unsafe especially since there was a strange man standing out side my room and I was far away from lobby or anyone else. I had asked for a first floor since no elevator and I have difficulty with stairs, they said they had none. I had to climb the stairs in pain. The bed felt very hard. I did not even bother staying a single night.

Decent Overnight Stay

Friendly receptions at check-in and check-out times. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. We did have issue with the shower. Low water pressure and lower shower head. I'm 5'3" and I kept hitting the shower head with my hands. The pillows were flat. We needed to pile both of them together to make 1 decent pillow. Mattresses were ok-ish.

It was an inexpensive room but fulfilled my expectations for a place to sleep. There was a minimal amount of noise from the freeway nearby, and the sink had not been cleaned only noticeable from a dried loogie near the drain. Good help is hard to find but i don’t blame the facility for inexperienced staff. The rest of the room was clean, and the front desk lady was very pleasant.
