Great location. Just dated room and furnishings. When we arrived the house keeper had walked off her job and our room was not ready yet at 4pm. I did feel very bad for the team trying to pull it all together. They were hustling to catch back up. The service was very friendly. The room was just more dated than it appears online. The sink was broken and did not have working hot water. But we did sleep comfortably and it was a great central location. We felt very safe and Secure. They do charge for parking, $12 which it does not state on hotels.com.
It was kind of a funky little motel, but it was so awesome that you could just walk down the main street of Coeur d’Alene. I would definitely stay there again.
No staff onsite for check in around 8:30pm check in or 9am check out. A note with a code for a lock box was left for us to gain use of the room. Rooms were reasonably clean, but pretty dated.
Room was clean . Staff was great, but only on duty between 11:00am and 8:00pm. Faculty is older and near the water and restaurants. Rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear the traffic stop and go at the near by stop light. The walls are paper thin as you can hear your neighbors. And yes there is a rediculous $12 parking fee
Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable. Old place that could use some extensive updates and remodeling, but clean, comfortable and good location.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort

The carpet was in really bad shape and stained. Coffee in the room was terrible.
I received an email after I had already booked the room that said I had to pay additionsl charge for parking. The parking should have been included in the room cost.
Everything else was satisfactory.
We really liked how close this hotel was to walk down town. Unfortunately there was no staff on site until 10am, so when we needed a plunger in the morning it wasn’t possible. Why don’t hotels keep plungers in the rooms?
