Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel is very old and needs some work. Our couch was peeling and falling apart, there were holes all Over the walls. The front desk staff is very kind. But I wouldn’t stay here again. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in our room, but the time we did spend was unpleasant.

It was a bit of a walk, crossing the bridge to our room, but the Staff was very quick in providing a ride from the car to our room. Our room was cleaned daily, and the view was breathtaking. I would recommend this resort, and you would need to rent a car

this hotel is not what it used to be anymore

They did not have the room I reserved, so they gave me a free upgrade, the new room was beautiful but that ends there. the room had 3 TVs, none of them worked, no cable TV, very poor WIFI, I could not work from the room after visiting my customers. the phone was broken also and I could not call for any room issue I had. they don't provide extra complementary water for the guests (first time I encounter this issue with the hotels I stay in.) Definitely not worth the price they charge for their rooms, at least I'm glad I went trough HOTELS dot com and I got a great price for that room.

Fraud by hotels.com and so far no refund

Hotels.com booked my reservation with a confirmation number. When we arrived they told us at the front desk that the hotel was full already ahd that hotels.combos is Expedia should refund me. Hotels.com refused to do so with no one to assist whatsoever. This is the worst experience ahd i will NEVER use hotels.com again. I am still owed the money and will do everything I can to get it back even though I am busy with my business but this is fraud and misrepresentation by hotels.com and Wyndham resort who said they had the reservations but could not help me because they told hotels.com they were sold out!

Dirty trash nothing works. The staff is, don't care. Cats are running all around the resort. What if someone is allergic to Cat beat the cat? The cat live on the resort. Couches are piling getting all over your clothes. The outside. Reeling to get to your room is unstable. Staff do not want to do anything to help you. Give you a email number to respond to with your complaint. And they do not give you the right email address or you not want to get on the they will just hang up on you. Change the price of the room and pocket the rest of the money

I rent it three rooms none of the t v's worked they kept giving us excuses. The rallying to get to the room was very unstable. Cats all over the please. The couches were peeling. Want a one of the bedrooms? Had a hole behind the door. The speak base ace was broke and one of the kitchen flooded with water as a travel agent taking my clients to a resort was so embarrassing it was so embarrassing i would never send my client again they do not to credit me some of my money back.This is the worst experience ever. I have video and pictures to prove it

The hotel looks run down and dilapidated. There were two dead roaches in my room when I checked in. The rooms are very far from the check in counter and the staff should zero inclination to assist to get to the room.

Exceeded expectations!

We loved the property as it had three convenient restaurants included. Situated around a quiet boat marina, very peaceful. We rented a car to explore the whole island but enjoyed the quiet at the end of the night upon return. Staff were supper helpful and friendly, offered pool/towels. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view! Close to Simpson bay and local grocery store for staples.

Nice short stay property

The hotel was convenient to the airport and was fine for a short stay. Staff were friendly. Golf cart shuttle available to take you to and from your room to the front desk and to and from the main entrance. Room was simple and clean. There is a full kitchen. There is a casino and restaurant within the compound - short walk. A grocery and take out restaurant next door - off property, slightly longer walk. General property and room could use a refresh. Some common areas were closed but I'm sure in it's heyday the outdoor restaurant and open area on the marina would have been a nice feature.

The check-in process was smooth the young lady at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. We were waiting for more than twenty minutes for the bellman to take us to our room, he apologized when he came and I appreciated that. The fridge was dirty you could see where bottles were previously in the fridge and it had crumbs. All of the AC vents were filthy the master AC leaked a lot water unto the floor. The hot water handle did not work inside of the master bath room, we had to share one shower. The two bathrooms only had a total of four bath towels and one wash cloth. The furniture in the living room is old and dirty. The ottoman was broken you can see the legs laying underneath and the couch with the sleeper when you sat on it you sank into a hole. We had to walk Sunday night back to our room because the front desk was closed and there is no night Auditor on Sundays. The security officer was rude his attitude was not welcoming. We asked him to take us to our room and he said that the security car had no gas and he can not drive the golf cart so we have to walk. The lady at the front desk during our check out seemed unbothered by our complaints she was not even looking at us while we were speaking to her she was too busy with the papers in her hand we had inquire if she was even listening. First and last stay at this hotel. Overall rating one star.

My room was very nice BUT I requested a top floor on booking, and got a 1st floor instead. My biggest disappointment!! Putting on the television was very confusing. I was only able to look at tv twice, during my week stay...good job I'm not fussy over tv but it was the only thing to do. The staff were very nice. I will stay at the property again but only if my request for a top floor is honored.
