When I checked in there was a 3 inch cockroach welcoming to my room, the bathroom (toilet) was dirty, trashcan by the toilet was nasty and full of used toilet paper.

A beautiful hotel in downtown Colima, close to the main cultural attractions and restaurants. The only issue is that the patio rooms have tables outside the rooms and noisy conversations can be an issue.

Good place to stay

Great service, everyone was nice and friendly specially Montserrat at front desk, only issue was that the room and beds were kind of small but I do recommend it, it’s in an excellent location
