The hotel itself is pretty. The staff are nice, but there clearly wasn’t enough of them. I’ll chalk up the skeleton crew to it being Christmastime. The folks who did help me were great! Check in and check out we’re easy. My only complaint is that my shower could have been cleaner. I had to wipe it down before I got in. Again, I think it was just a rushed job because of the short staff. Other than that, it was a good stay. I’ll try it again on my next trip up.

The property is clean and quiet. The only downside is the eating/lobby lobby is cold and needs some heat. The staff is superb. I travel several times a year in several major hotel chains and this staff (from dinning, cleaning, and front desk) have all been exceptional, even learning our names. Thanks

Overall, the hotel stay was nice once inside, but unfortunately, it was inclement weather, so there was no place to park in the parking lot because of the snow and ice. I had to shovel a parking space into the snow to make a space for my car, and so did your other customers. When I told the front desk, they apologized and said there was nothing they could do.
