Overall great, but it would be a 5 if our room didn’t feel so humid and we were able to turn the temperature down a bit more considering there was no ventilation in the bathrooms as well. But we still had a lot of fun.

They made up for it
We didn’t necessarily get the room we ordered due to room service not cleaning the room in time. However customer service offered us a better room due to the inconvenience. The room was amazing, very clean and very comfortable. Will be staying again.

It would’ve been nice if they had complimentary breakfast. Also did not like that you have to pay for parking. Also tried to call on the phone to do an early check in and spoke with Pamela, she had quite an attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad or what but from the customer perspective I feel could’ve been nicer.
