The property should really disclose that there is a large number of “long term” stayers. People are living here and are up late in halls, roaming around.

I didn’t sleep the whole time I was there. Kids was running in the hallway, making a loud noise. I called down the customer front desk for maybe five minutes and then leave back doing the same thing I called again. Nobody ever came again to check on it I didn’t get a discount. I didn’t get anything just no sleeping and had to be at work in 10 hours. Had to do a drive but no sleep.

Surprised and not in a good way

There was no running hot water! Had to take a cold shower when it's freezing cold outside due to it being wintertime and the lobby area was dirty. Did not leave a good impression on me so will not be staying here again.

The property is needs serious renovations, the lobby was dirty, the elevator was damaged and old looking and missing pieces. The floor we stayed on (5th) floor smelled like weed in the hallway. The entire hotel was not pleasant looking and I do not recommend this hotel at all.
