Stayed here while my power was out in The Woodlands. I wasn't expecting much, but for a small town hotel, they exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!
It was just as expected. Front desk was efficient, checked us in and out quickly. The beds were comfy, room was clean, hotel was well maintained. Offered us a later check out time. Plenty of parking, even had an electric car charging port! The breakfast was nice for what it was. The mass produced aluminum tray of scrambled eggs had flavor. I didnt have a sausage patty but it was a nice option. We loved the waffles, Texas shaped or four minis, with syrups, jams, peanut butter and nutella options and there were muffins. There was cereal with milk, coffee with half and half or flavored milk packets, yogurt and fruit. Theres really nowhere within walking distance to eat, but our room had a fridge and a microwave which we found helpful. The bathroom had a coffeemaker with ground coffee packets and a blowdryer. The place was quiet, but the train rolled thru a few times during the night. Not an issue for me, as i find it soothing, but someone else might not like it.

Hotel was run down, poorly kept. Light cover in elevator hanging down, trash in elevator, room had trash in room upon check-in empty soap bottles on floor in shower. Very warm linen both in room and bathroom. Room window was cracked, with only tape on it- ver dangerous! I have been staying at this hotel for years, but that was probably my last time, it has gone downhill significantly!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a King suite. Room was clean, roomy and had a wonderful microwave and mini fridge. AC kept room very cool. Wait staff was super helpful and friendly. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we would definitely stay there for future trips.

While the service was good, the hotel could do with a remodeling. If not maybe change the carpet and scrub the tiles. Other than that, it's not a bad hotel.
