Close to Kyle Field, (6 min drive) Texas A&M University, North Gate, and the airport. We are centrally located for all events in the Brazos Valley.

Excellent!
Beautiful accommodations. We hosted family members up to 80 years old. The house is beautifully remodeled, stocked with all of the basics, and super comfortable. We were able to sit together to eat at the tables inside and out and to watch football games in the game room. Driveway was able to accommodate our vehicles and access was super easy. Great memories and wonderful experience. Thanks!!

Family Wedding in town
We had three families staying there and the ages were from our daughter, 16 years old, all the way to my mother, 80 years old. It was a perfect location and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed grilling hamburgers on Saturday night and we were able to have some additional family members over for dinner.

Soccer tournament stay.
Great location! Just 10 minutes to the Veteran Park Soccer fields. Wonderful shower pressure. I even accidentally left a shirt and some papers. Which the manager just mail to me! Very thoughtful!

Perfect Graduation Week
The Langford House was perfect for our family to celebrate graduation. We stayed there with both sets of grandparents of our graduate. The property was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to have family dinners at the house and didn’t have to worry about reservations for a large group in town. Carlos was very helpful answering all our questions before the stay and checked in with us during our stay. Maribel made sure check in went smoothly and answered our questions promptly. We will definitely book this property again. We have another graduate in a few years.

Perfect Family Place
This place is wonderful for a family get away, a girls trip, or parents weekend at Texas A&M. It is so convenient, perfectly furnished, and absolutely beautiful home! We loved staying here and as a swim family there was plenty of room for our club team to come eat. The pictures do not do the property justice! The amenities are top notch and the host is very responsive!! We will definitely be back again!!! Don’t waste money on a hotel STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

My stay here at Langford House was nothing short of amazing! This house is extremely clean and well kept. I absolutely loved the layout and setup of everything! This house is so cozy and spacious with modern appliances, fixtures, and lighting. The beds and mattresses were so comfortable - we slept like babies! Upon arrival we were greeted with a handwritten thank you note and some other awesome goodies. It was hard to leave upon departure! 100/10 we will be back!

Perfect home in CSTAT.
Great property in College Station, close to A&M campus and shopping. Remodel and interior are perfect with comfortable seating throughout, well stocked kitchen and big screen TV viewing area. Outside covered patio perfect for grilling, dinning and watching sporting events.. Everyone loved the house and the set up.. Will absolutely look to use this CSTX property again.

We had such a great stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and plenty of space. This house was perfect for our group of 6, in town to watch a football game and visit our Aggie. The house is very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The decor is very nice and comfortable.
