The staff are nice, but the hotel is run down. Furniture that was not changed or updated for decades. Rusty fridge and wobbly closets. The carpet should have been changed 10 years ago. No elevator is available. Would not stay there again.

The whether was cold and raining. The hotel wouldn’t allow us to touch the thermostat I found that a bit ridiculous. The furniture could be updated. Smelled old and musty

This is a great place to stay with a family or friends. Has two separate rooms, living room and kitchen.

We stayed here prior since we had an early flight to catch. It was a nice older hotel so we decided to stay here again. Both times the front clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The only request I’d make is to have more bath products available. On our recent stay, we had three adults in our 2-bedroom suite but just one really tiny bath gel tube. We asked the front clerk for two more and she was very accommodating.

Loved the atmosphere of the property. The outside area was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stephanie even went so far as to find activities in the area for us. Breakfast was adequate. The room was okay. The sofa was in poor shape. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a little refresh would be good. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The shower area had mold and a good dusting would help.

This location is fantastic. Its close to restaurants and stores but far enough away to still be quiet and relaxing. Only a 5-10 min drive to campus.

Heat boiler does not come on early enough to keep room warm in the evenings. There used to be a space heater in each room for use as necessary. Not anymore.

Nice room

Loved the shower and memory foam bed. We got a bottle of wine which was nice. Room had gas stove, microwave oven, full fridge. Courtyard was pretty. All around good stay

Best place in BCS!

Beautiful place, the interior is beautiful! Plenty of towels. The rooms are so spacious. Staff is polite. Breakfast is great. This place goes above and beyond and will stay here EVERY trip to this area.
