The hallway was very smelly, and better when we got into the room. One of the gauze curtain was broken and fell off on the floor . Two lightbulbs didn't work in the gym room. I did tell the front desk about those. I told the front desk can fix the curtain after we checked out as not bother us much but better for the next customers. We stayed there for three nights, and the lightbulbs are still not fixing yet. My son said maybe they want to save energy :(. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is good, the location is good too.

Excellent location, so close to everything. I also liked that we were allowed to bring our complimentary continental breakfast back in the room. The beds were super comfy. Maybe only negative part was being short toilet paper, 1 out of the 2 small rolls in the washroom when we checked in was already half used.

Hallway and rooms have a bad odour, the bathroom was moldy, there was blood on the comforter under the top blanket, no one answers at the front desk. Will ever choose this hotel again.

Below expectations
On line good ratings didn’t match our experience. Odor in the hall, mold in shower, cobweb over the bed, stains on the rug. We stayed 2 nights and no room service. The shower took forever to warm up, then would not turn off. A call to the front desk and he came very quickly and was able to stop it. The tap is obviously broken. Service at front desk was excellent and the breakfast was decent as we were not expecting hot food. Overall, it’s tired and could use an update. Location is convenient.

Carpet condition of hallway and room was terrible, it was smelling like it was never cleaned since installation. Eds were very good comfortable and clean, staff was courteous and lot of good dining options,bathroom condition was also not very clean and shower was visibly dirty ,surprisingly there were no shower gel in the shower and only two pieces of soap(small) were there, they dont clean the room for stay less than 3 days which was a surprise and was not mentioned anywhere when booking

Comfort Inn is a nice place to stay in Collingwood—great location, ample parking space, and superb staff. The only downside is that the first floor could get a bit noisy because it is beside the parking lot and some guests making noise in the hallways. Also, the AC unit is too loud.
