Broken elevator

Requested a king room, placed in a 2 queen bed room on the 2nd floor. Asked to be changed to what we requested, put in a king executive room on the 3rd floor. All fine except the elevator was broken.

Everything was great-the one thing that could be improved is that the mattress had soft spots on the sides so I had to sleep in the middle-fine this time since I was traveling alone, but these foam mattresses really suck when they get older.
