Limited menus and dining options. Pamela’s had a strange dinner menu, two sections were for shared items with your table, individual plate menu very limited. My husband got an individual plate, so I got a salad because the options weren’t great. They were out of hamburgers, so there were only a few choices, none sounding very good. Maybe they will expand the options after it’s been open longer.

What a fabulous property! The common areas are very well appointed to handle large groups for casually visiting. The rooms, although not large, have everything one needs and have wonderful linens and lighting. Only two areas of complaints and they are entirely personal. 1) The coffee pot in room only makes expresso, which was a disappointment to this coffee/tea drinker. 2) No restaurant or room service served food after 10:00, which was a disappointment when we were hungry after our late evening activities. This may be something they change as the season picks up. The highlight was the attentiveness of the staff. I have never received a text at other hotels inquiring when would be a good time to tend to my room when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Very classy. I must give a shout out to the staff at Pamela’s who accommodated our large and ever changing number in our party. They were very flexible and professional and provided a very memorable night for old friends. We can’t wait to return!

The entire hotel was just amazing. The customer service was top tier. The views were breath taking. My daughter enjoyed the flight simulators. The food and drinks at doolies were great. Jack was THE BEST waiter.

Incredible hotel!
This hotel is amazing. Every single staff member we encountered offered top level service, super friendly. The entire hotel was spotless. The decor is high end and there are lots of food options! We loved our stay and were disappointed we were only here one night. Definitely retuning to stay if ever in the area again.

What a beautiful new hotel!! It’s been open 3 weeks. Everyone was so friendly. Top notch service from the time you drive up to the door to enter to leaving when you check out. The view out of our room was just stunning.

Took my husband to hotel Polaris for his birthday. We only stayed one night but this place has our hearts. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating and the room was beautiful. The restaurants were amazing and the decor was so cool! Bartenders at all the bars in hotel Polaris were incredible and we had a blast finishing our night off with Kenny at the bar downstairs next to Pamela’s. Will definitely be returning with the kids now that we know it’s a very family friendly and inviting establishment. 10/10 would recommend!

Birthday celebration at Polaris
We stayed at the new Polaris hotel last weekend. The hotel is beautiful and we loved all the art and colors chosen. Had a delicious meal in Pamela's, and 2 of our party flew the 737 Max simulator. A great time all the way around!
