We liked having the option to valet our car, a little pricey but worth it for us. Great location as shopping and dining were in walking distance. Nice clean rooms with safe and small refrigerator.

The room was spacious and clean, conveniently located in downtown Colorado Springs. Everything is within walking distance, with many restaurants just outside the hotel. The only downside is the parking situation; the hotel doesn’t have its own garage, so you’ll need to park on the street and pay the meter or opt for valet service, which incurs an extra fee. Overall, I still recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown.

The only thing sort of bad about the property that i sort of did not like was the parking situation. But i totally understand that they are located down town. Just like every down town parking is crazy an expensive. The vale guys were really nice and always a joy to deal with. All the staff were very accommodating. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The property is very close to major attractions and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Great Hotel to stay on.

This is a very unsafe area of town. I had not even vacated my vehicle before people are already looking into the windows to see if there’s something to steal. I was unable to access the hotel. I had to for my own safety.

I really enjoyed my stay but I think the parking price is ridiculous. Otherwise, breakfast was great, room was cozy but no microwave is a negative. Having to go all the way downstairs to use the microwave was annoying. Staff was nice and would like to come back in the future.
