The staff overall were excellent and very nice. However when it came to checking in and out and even calling about said service weeks before, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was very happy with my stay there but very dissatisfied and disappointed with the check in staffs ability to provide accurate information and execution of task.

We arrived to the Tru location after a long 6-hour drive from Steamboat springs. Upon arrival on Wednesday evening we were greeted with a option for snacks and free dining. To say this was a lifesaver would be an understatement. The staff and the facility were top-notch. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay anywhere near Colorado springs. Will be coming here again

The staff at the Tru are amazing! Always friendly and very helpful. There was an incident with some guests. The hotel staff was quick to handle it. I will definitely stay here in the future.
