Recently stayed here, the room I booked did not come with a sofa couch as advertised. Only had one small trash can in the room located in the bathroom. The pool area is not a pool and spa. Only has a pool and the water was cold. The pool area needs cleaned badly. Had dead bugs everywhere. Not enough pool towels for people staying. The walls need scrubbed and cleaned. Looks like it’s had mold and they just painted over it. What they don’t advertise online is a $35 incidental fee. when you check in is when they bring it to your attention. (Should get reimbursed if room is fine when you leave). The elevator in the garage was down so you’d have to take the stairs to the lobby. And the waterfall they have in the lobby was also down I guess to be cleaned. But over all it was very meh.

The room was too hot and I learned that the air doesn’t come on in the winter. The supervisor at the front desk understood and offered to cancel my reservation for free. A few days later, I noticed that the room was still charged. I called and they said that I was never told that and that I wouldn’t get a refund. Never stay here.

Need morning coffee!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed but dinner food was available at the bar. There was no coffee available for grab and go in the lobby at 7 a.m.

Elevator from garage out. Shower head disfigured. Room smelled like smoke. Elevator fountain broken and dirty. Bathroom downstairs dirty and door to stall broken. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Could not sleep. Should be refunded.

Upon arrival, I had booked an Executive suite room, but was given a regular room. So, we had to go back downstairs and take the time to get that figured out. Or didn’t come in that way so I had to show the desk clerk my Expedia account and what was booked. The building needs updated desperately. There is black duct tape holding the carpet together in the lobby. Only one entrance door worked. Stains on the walls of the general hallway. We had to check 3 different floors to find an ice maker that worked. I called from the room phone and using the automated service requested extra pillows and blankets. An hour and a half later they still had not been delivered, I checked with front desk, which I had to physically go downstairs as the phone in the room is all automated, and was told the automated system doesn’t work. The temp in our room couldn’t be adjusted and was set on 80 degrees. It was a sauna. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. The water temp never got hot in the shower in the morning. There was a blood stain (hopefully a stain and not fresh-it was bright red) on the sheets. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and window as though the floor had not be vacuumed. The front desk person was very nice, but that was the extent of the positives of our stay.

You do not get what you pay for

I did not get the room I reserved. The hotel staff did not honor the free breakfast purchase I made with the room. When I asked them about this they simply stated I did not pay for it because it was not showing up that way in the system. Tv would not connect, coffee maker stopped working bathtub would not drain. The manager next day gave me the breakfast coupon but that was it. She stated the reservation they received at Hotels.com was not what I had on my confirmation. Seems these two businesses have a disconnect in regards to communication and the customer is the one that suffers for it. I will never again use Hotels.com for a reservation and I will not stay at this hotel
