I stayed here for two days, and one night. My first thing was when I turned my sheets back there was stains on them like some one had wasted something on them and they house keep just turn them over and not change them, The toilet kept stopping up, the little refrigerator did not get cold at all, And the most thing for me was the air conditioner heat did not work. The air conditioning stayed on and it was 30 degrees outside side all ready, and the area looked very unsafe and homeless people were constantly walking around the outside of the building as well. But the service desk and the breakfast staff was very Loving and caring and that really helped me a lot.
I cannot leave a good review. Even when things were pointed out to the staff- they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

There was a leak in the shower & the toilet clogged easily. There were many imperfections with the room such as patchy dry wall work, a toilet with no bolts, & cracked tile showers. The second floor room faced the lobby & you could hear everyone’s conversations clear as day, even the people in the room next to us. We also had to put down a $100 deposit that wasn’t clearly disclosed to us. They said the money would be returned, but we still weren’t prepared to spend MORE money since we had already paid for the hotel room. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. I’ve had better stays at Motel 6

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They need to remodel as the carpet and fixtures etc were worn.
Check in was smooth and staff members are friendly and polite. The facility is disgusting!The lobby is badly lit and the rugs and furniture are worn out and looks dingy and dirty. The room is outdated needs a total make over. Bathroom has chip ceiling paint and tub is old and needs to be replace. The bed and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The only good thing about the room was a large tv. Breakfast was gross not worth eating. The outside property area is dark and isolated and didn’t feel safe. Overall this place is dark,gloomy and unclean. Stayed two nights with my husband couldn’t wait to leave. Don’t understand how Expedia gave it a rating of 8.0. It was an awful experience and would definitely not recommend this place.
Like: Access to the highway was easy. It's close by. Improvements: the front desk could be more helpful assisting with connecting to WiFi. All the clerk was saying is that "they started something new" but was not able to say what was new. Eventually, I figured it out. In addition, the cleaning staff need to do a better job. When we checked into the room, the table where the TV was standing was full of probably a pink, sticky slushy. The remote control was all covered with that sticky stuff. It was gross and discusting. I had to wipe it all down with some disposable desinfecting wipes I had with me. Check the rug in front of the TV. There's a pink spot that was still.there when we left. Not a good job at cleaning
