I like the free breakfast, they provide a lot of options. Unique place in this hotel is the lobby and backyard with a lot of games for kids and adult. I think pool area need to maintenance and rooms need some upgrades especially restrooms. Staff are really nice and hard working.

Worst, hotel ever. STAFF IS HORRIBLE.
Worst experience ever. The front desk staff are very sassy and unhelpful. I asked one morning to borrow a pair of scissors because the airline do not allow you to hand carry them in your luggage. The lady at the front didn’t even bother to look to see if they had any and she said we are just like the airlines we don’t have any. Then the next morning, the hurricane Helene brought winds and rain. Since my room was on the garden view side, it was on the outside of the hotel. I noticed that morning the water was coming in from under the door and so I let the front know. Their response was there’s nothing they can do and I can put a towel down. As the day went on the rain came into the room more and by the end of the day, the carpet was wet from the door till about 10 feet into the room. The electricity went out and they had no flood lights no flashlights no lights at all. I was on the fourth floor, and I had to walk through the stairs in the pitch of dark with no help. Me being a single woman was scared for her safety. None of the staff were helpful. The power was out for the two days I was there and I filed a complaint and no one got back to me. I would never ever against stay at this hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and for your safety that was a really big red flag. My room smelled like sour milk because the carpet was wet and I also had black mold on my bathroom ceiling. If you’re thinking about booking a stay here, don’t! You’ll regret it. Just check the photos.

Trash!! The lobby looked nice, but they gave us a room on the outside of the hotel. It was a motel! Why would they have indoor rooms and outdoor rooms? I didn’t pay for a motel!!! The playground was right outside, so we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. The elevator is trash and doesn’t work. The room was dirty, shower was nasty and I didn’t want to even go in there. Never again!!!

Elevators are very old and slow. Front desk has the longest check-in procedure I've ever seen....always a long line I Prechecked in on this last visit and they made me do the entire thing over again at the deak....you can't win.

Front desk only had one lady who was doing her best but waited for an hour bc the line was that long. Complained about Expedia still selling rooms when not available. Something stuck on floor and used towel in bathroom. Did not feel safe there at night.

The staff is great and very helpful! The property is basically a motel that the renovated into half a motel and half hotel, which is probably why it was affordable. It was clean and great for a work trip.
