Every thought it’s listed as a hotel it was more like a motel. After we booked in we had to go outside to enter our room. Glad that it wasn’t raining. Inside the room we had a hard time trying to close the bathroom door. Something was wrong with the hinges. I am not even going to talk about the breakfast. Then they told me there was going to be a $100 hold on my credit card. I said that I didn’t see anything about that. She said that “you booked through a third party

Poor sound barrier

The hotel walls seem to be paper thin. The people in the next room over keep us up all night yelling, slamming doors, talking loudly, etc. The coffee was not drinkable because of grounds in the coffee. We asked for assistance and it took until 5 am to get people to quiet down so we could sleep. The room was decently cleaned. The bed was comfortable.

Bad shower

I would’ve given this place a five star if it weren’t for the cold shower. I felt the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I liked how big the lobby was as it was a good meeting point for family since we were in for my son’s basic training graduation. I would stay here again if I knew the shower would be warm/hot.

The woman at check in wasn't very nice. I reported a issue with the phone and the wall thermostat and she told me nothing was wrong and to go back to my room and put more rollers in my hair. The issues weren't looked at during our stay.

Not a good experience - STAY AWAY

the front desk staff was very unfriendly. no greetings, no eye contact, only answered questions with very breif answers. the room did not have a place in the bathroom to sit any toiletries. the breakfast was HORRIBLE. the 2% milk was sour. the eggs had hair in them. the staff person would not refill the waffle mix as it was out. overall a very NEGATIVE experiece!!!!!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The online pictures must of been airbrushed. The room was dirty. The lobby looked like a dungeon not much lighting. I didn’t feel safe too. I want a complete refund. Maybe Hotels. Com should take this off the site

Property was a great place for all the family members of the Soldiers getting Graduated from Basic Training and was a mere 10 minutes drive to Fort Jackson. They even had print outs to Fort Jackson turn by turn navigation. I would love to recommend this place for all the new families of Soldiers graduating

The staff seemed very uninterested and not welcoming. The room was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, walls were dirty, coffee maker seemed like it had never been cleaned. Ice bucket was dirty. Room was extremely noisy, we could hear everything next door and outside. Bathroom walls looked like they had pee stains, and tub was painted and then paint was peeling off in several places, shower curtain was broken. There was dust above the bed and all around the room. It was simply a place to lay our heads and even that we had to do on flat pillows. I will not be returning or recommending.
