The afternoon receptionist was very rude. I had to explain to her that being rude soesnt help her the company nor the customer. There also shoud be somethkng atating you all charge a deposit that is cash only

Worst experience ever

They are remodeling at the moment, but they are using that as a excuse to tell customers that their rooms are sold out even though you reserved one. After telling them that that was a huge inconvenience to me and my kids they magically found a room that "had no tv", i wasn't worried about that. The first room they magically found had no flooring, it was just sticky concrete, the furniture was piled in the middle of the floor and it was covered in dust and dirt. I went back to the main desk to at least ask for clean sheets since "they had no other rooms". It was then they came up with another room that suddenly became free, but had no tv. That room was at least an actual room, the only problem with it was the 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana. Also the elevator has items in the shaft that make it sound like its falling apart.

Let’s get the bad out of the way first. First entering the room the toilet was stopped up with poop so I had to wait for it to get cleaned up and stuff. I just laughed it off. The beds were pretty low, but not a major complaint. I could’ve done without the bed bugs though. I have bites all over my hands, arms and legs and those are just the ones I’ve found so far. The towel rack was broken. Shower floor wasn’t sturdy. Almost fell several times. Floor was dirty and items were left underneath the bed. Housekeeping didn’t come by my second day so I had to go get my own towels from front desk, but I guess that’s their thing. Outlets not being by the bed was extremely inconvenient. The few good things I can say is the front desk guy Willie was very nice and the lady that called the maintenance man to clean the toilet was extremely apologetic and swift. Oh and the roaches were on their best behavior I guess. I ONLY saw and had to kill two which I was very surprised and happy about. I more than likely will not be staying here again.

Very disgusting place, roaches crawling around everywhere, no housekeeping, our heaters were broken, their maintenance wasn’t able to fix it they gave us a space heater the last night of our stay. Elevators extremely dirty looks like it hasn’t been serviced in years. They have dogs barking every night. They have tape covering the electrical panel. Witnessed a guest arriving to the motel for a reservation that he already paid for just for them to tell him they had no rooms avail. Staff attitudes are extremely disgusting, they don’t care about anything, the one nice person was the manager Barbara. Would not book here again or recommend anyone to book with them. Worst experience ever!

When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that my two rooms that I had reserved, and already paid for, for an out of state family trip, were no longer available and that they had no rooms left. While i was standing off to the side of the front desk trying to contact Hotels.com, whom I had made the reservations through, another customer had come in and asked about a room for the night, he did not have a reservation. She was magically able to find a room for him. When he was done checking in, I asked her how she had a room for him if there were none left, and she told me that the room didn't have a TV. I didn't care if the room had a TV or not, we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I was beyond angry. She made no effort at all to help us, or show any concern at all for the fact that they had given our rooms to someone else. I will never make a reservation or stay at a Motel 6 again.

This place was not a pleasant experience although we needed to stay a few days due to relocation and this place was the cheapest. Staff were very rude for no reason to not only just myself but to many others. I’ve been nothing but kind to these people regardless of my experience. One of the rooms we stayed in had bed bugs crawling all over the sheets on both the beds that we had no choice but to sleep bunched up in the tub until it was time to leave. I did inform lady with red hair of our situation but she did not have no other rooms available. I’m just glad it was a temporary stay because I will never return to this place ever again.
