The bed was completely horrible. Upon sitting on it, you completely sink down and as you can see in the pictures there is something horribly wrong with the bed that we did not notice until the next morning while packing up our things. Room also had a old, musty smell to it.

There was a vending machine area, with open food and fridges that guests could just take from. However, the prices were a bit high and there was no one available to take payment. Very insecure, I'm surprised people don't just steal. It was fine experience other than that, no bad smells, I was probably louder than any other rooms close to me.

I was told at check-in there would be a happy hour with hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Drinks yes, Hors d’oeuvres no. No creamer for coffee and had to hunt around on different floors for ice as the designated ice area on our floor only had a chair In it. Floors could use a deep shampooing.

Stayed 2 nights since we booked their last room. They. Upgraded to a cottage room which had a kitchen, Hugh walk in closet, bedroom, and living room. 2 tvs, and a back door to a patio and lawn which was convenient for our pup! Great pool and hot tub. We needed a rest day and this was perfect. Excellent breweries close by for dinner.

I stayed at this hotel six years ago and it was fine so I thought it would be ok for another stay. Our room did not have blackout curtains and that seems to be normal. We had a queen comforter for a king bed so we were always fighting for blankets and the whole place just looked worn out. The bed also had one of the worst matresses I've been on in a long time. There were water stains on the ceiling and the TV's weren't getting any stations. The staff was very friendly but this was not a great place to stay. The area was quiet and the rooms were clean so it would do if there was nowhere else, but I don't think that should be their goal.

Property needs to be updated. Needs complete overhaul. Other than that, staff is amazing and the hotel itself is great and convenient. Please invest in updates. Peeling wallpaper, towels werent the cleanest and just old.

From our room, we could hear the bang of the side door to the parking lot. They need to upgrade to a quieter, or slower closing door. Hot water was in short supply both mornings.
