**Excellent Stay – Clean, Friendly, and Convenient** Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The **room was extremely clean**, well-maintained, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great care in ensuring everything is spotless. The **staff was incredibly friendly and helpful**, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a big difference in our overall experience. Parking was another highlight—it was **well-lit and easily accessible**, giving us peace of mind when coming and going at night. The hotel’s **location was also very quiet**, allowing for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A confirmation means nothing

After booking our stay with hotels.com we were called by our hotel as soon as we got to town 4.5 hours from home that they were over booked. We even payed for the insurance! And were left searching for a room last minute! Hotels.com left us stranded!

Did you not have the correct room for me on my reservation and it was not ready when I got there and the girl at the desk didn't follow through with what she was supposed to in order to get us rollaway beds. I had to go back and ask someone else that was on duty and she said there was no note about it.

Hotel is clean but dated. Restroom sink was clogged. Bed mattresses were horrible. The staff though, was nice and breakfast was above average.

Nice hotel with room issue

Check-in was friendly and quick, and the lobby was very nice and comfortable. When we got to our room, we were at first pleasantly surprised to find the heat was on and the room seemed comfortable. We soon learned, however, that the room heating system was "stuck" on - the heat was being moderated by an open window and the outdoor air streaming into the room. We turned down the heat to below 60° to eventually turn the room heating system off, and coped with the non-functional thermostat for the rest of our one-night stay.

Excellent Hotel close to Mizzou

We love staying here we come up and visit our daughter .. Rooms are clean. Nice environment easy parking and great breakfast.

Many things are dated and in need of repair/replacement. Furniture is worn, it is difficult to control the temperature in the rooms, the pool area and hot tub have peeling and chipping paint everywhere. The hot tub was not working. Of three treadmills in the fitness center only one actually works. Candy left in the fitness center was there for two days which means no one actually cleans in there. There is a bar but no one was staffing it so it was never actually open. My room didn’t have a hair dryer and it took a while and several calls to track one down. The whole facility is just in need of some TLC.

Terrible filthy. Would not recommend!

Everything floor, room and hallway we walked through was dirty. Food crumbs in the bed. Dust on the floor. Pills on the floor. Dirty shirt on the floor. Dirty bra on the bed stool. Dirty fake eye lash stuck to my sock. Claw marks on the bathroom door. Entry light flickers. Bathroom fan noisy. Pool area was filthy. No towels. Pee on the bathroom floor and toilet. The lady at the front desk gave me 1 sheet when i told her our bed hadnt been changed from the previous person. I asked for all new bedding and she handed me 1 blanket. I had to go to the front desk to get these and change the bedding myself. Random space heaters in hallways. With kids running around yelling and cussing in the pool and hallways we were kind of concerned about them getting knocked over and starting a fire. Also it would be nice for the hallways to be marked a little better so you can make your way around better. On a positive note the pool was cool that you could go inside and out and the breakfast was very good! We will not be back.
