Wasn’t particularly fond that are room wasn’t cleaned each day. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned which was once during our 4 night stay

It was very outdated. Needs a ton of work and repairs. Bathroom was gross and dirty. Broken toilet handle, dirt/hair on the walls. Breakfast was not good. For $200 a night, thought it would be a little nicer.

Terrible. Waffles, bread, and yogurt only constitutes having a breakfast. Door lock was broke in bathroom so couldn’t close door all way. Toilet flush was broke and toilet kept running all night. Bed sheets werent clean and bed was very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Shared photos of cockroaches with from desk. Because I booked through Expedia the room could not be refunded or comped. I asked if I could leave without using the room and they said I could not be refunded because of booking third party. Very disappointed!

Lack of amenities. Hotel treated guest like future criminals. Housekeeping knocked on door to see if we needed anything early in the morning. I said towels. Had to give them dirty towels first. I gave them 2 and they gave me one in return. Had to go to desk for towels at pool. They didn't have the hot tub turned on and had to kick the breaker. Luke warm bath water. Pool was freezing cold.Put my bank in to havoc. Charged for the 2 days then one fell off no where to be found. holding deposit 3 to 5 business days. I have used Expedia in the past and was very happy with the outcome. I find it difficult to put my trust in a company that trust hotels like this to be part of it. i stayed at this hotel years ago and was extremely happy. It has gone extremely down hill. The breakfast options were a joke.

The room had tile floor and was dirty with dog feces. The window was open when we checked into the room and the screen was damaged. The room was being aired out because of the smell. The smell was like wet dog and cleaner. The linens on the bed felt tacky and oily. The pillows were small and only one to each person. The hotel was very noisy and we got little sleep. We woke up with cricks in our neck. The shampoo provided made your hair greasy. We had breakfast and they only have cereal and waffles. We will never stay here again.

Not bad for a motel along the interstate. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well but the hot tub and pool were fun for my 10 year old son. Location is near restaurants and a grocery store and right next to I-70. Very affordable.

You get what you pay for….maybe.
The chairs in the breakfast area need a good cleaning! Breakfast options were minimal with juice dispenser out of order. Room was clean with exception of where bed and frame meet wall. There was food debris under mattress that should be cleaned and checked after each occupancy. The bed was a single mattress on a hard platform which the mattress was light enough to be moved just trying to sit on the bed. The WiFi was in and out. I did request a couple extra towel( only 2 in room) and they were happy to give them to me.

It looks very nice and is easy to get to. The issue was wyndhambdrnt me a text and had me register my car and put down a credit card numbet. However they had me give 100 deposit ( ehich they gave back) and check in againbwhen i got to the property. Then when there the shower was slick. Toilet was not vckean abd black hair everywhere. Housekeeping needs to learn how to clean. The bed was hard preventing me from sleeping.

Everything we wanted to do on our anniversary was within 7mins of the stay Honestly at first I wasn’t liking the staff but they grew on me it was more probably a me thing anyway.

Staff should not be in hospitality industry. Breakfast is brutal waffles toast coffee tea. Pool hours 8am to 10 pm with tape over the 8am. 10am written in marker. Asked for clean towels. Was told to bring my towels to the second floor to exchange for clean ones. Checked in on line with credit card. Was told I had to manually check in and provide my visa. Door was locked upon arrival. Got in with the help of another customer. Was greated rudely by the older lady at the front desk. I explained I had a reservation and she found us a room. We travel from Alberta to Maine and back to Alberta. This hotel was by far the worst experience we encountered. Will never go back.
