We stayed 4 nights and the room never got cleaned, no fresh towels, beds weren’t made or trash wasn’t thrown. The only way to get trash thrown was to put it outside our door every day and they would pick it up but that was it.

Nice hotel
Check in took awhile because no one was up front. A maid had to go find someone. Our room was clean and spacious but the headboard was very beat up. The bed was comfy though. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work which was an annoyance when showering. Breakfast was typical buffet. Missed having a pot of oatmeal though and hot cocoa packets since I don’t drink coffee or tea. The only ice machine is on the first floor which was a trek from the third floor. Our room had a fridge and empty ice trays in the freezer. Not useful when you need ice right away. They would only be useful for longer stay. The hotel was in a good location and we would stay again.
Our hotel headboard looked like it was battle worn.

The room was surprisingly large. I got the full kitchen option. There was some minir cosmetic things (bump in carpet, floor between night stand and bed needed vacuumed, broken lamp shade, etc.) but nothing major. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
