This place is nasty as hell and should be closed down.. It got bugs and mold in the rooms.. Would not recommend this hotel to no one..

Positives - bed seemed clean and was fairly comfortable, quick checkin, responsive temperature control. Negatives - bathroom in poor condition (electrical tape held shower nozzle together, rampant grime and mold, floor not swept), sparse breakfast. Stayed for a game weekend with inflated price as is typical for area.

At check in counter staff showed no enthusiasm about her job, no smile, just a blank "how can I help you". Going in and out never anyone at the counter always had to ring bell for assistance. Not sure what was going on in coffee area, but not many choices. Room smelled damp and bathrooms need updating. Wasn't what I'm used to. Normally stay at Hampton Inn and Suites but your price was better for me at the time. I'll pay the difference next time.

Room keys didnt work 2 different trys . Room was wrong 2 different times, rooms dirty and sheets and bedding stained. Got lockout again when went to breakfast ( which was a joke) and had to get key redone again. Took us over 30 mins to get in our room and climbing stairs each time back down to the desk every time keys didn't work and the rooms were wrong.

The bathroom ceilings are moldy,our carpet wasn't clean and the linens, though "washed" had hand imprinted on one of the beds. Our shower tub was also dirty and had a dried soap but from previous guest. The exhaust fan was completely clogged and dirty as was the wall AC unit and I had to flick off a cockroach from my son's bed. I bought towels and throws instead of using the hotel's. Lastly, our door safety hinge was lined up properly and this was a safety concern. The photos are not accurate of the current property's condition. The employees are nice, I hope the owners of the hotel take proper notice of this review to make the necessary changes.

The room was adequate. King sized bed with 3 postage sized pillows, asked for an extra and there were none. The hotel was newer but dingy. The “breakfast “ was cool coffee juice , and mini muffins??!

The floors were dirty, there was hair in the shower, and it definitely had a smell. The staff was nice and courteous. Neither ice machine was working. I understand the rates are low, but come on, do better.
