I spent 340 something for two nights got there and was told i wasn’t allowed to stay because of my age which is 19 I was under the impression that the age requirement was 18 but recently was changed to 21 to match the drinking age, but I was then told I wasn’t allowed to get a refund at all I did get help from a nice lady that tried to talk to the hotel about a refund but still wasn’t allowed, so at the end of the day I wasn’t allowed to check in and didn’t get one cent back

This was a very comfortable hotel. The room is a good size and very clean. The only problem I encountered was no hot water in the morning and a lack of pleasant and helpful customer service by one employee. I believe she is very new.

Never again…
The representative was extremely rude, the room was disgusting hair all over the shower from previous guests got moved to another room just for it also to be dirty. The GM tried his best to accommodate us as much as he could and Paige was also as helpful as she could be which I greatly appreciate. Things happen… but between the experience we had we probably won’t ever be back. In need for a better cleaning crew and need to throw out the stained rags.
